General
Open Settings -> General to update:- team name
- team image
30-day recovery window before permanent purge. Members do not see this action.
Team members
Open Settings -> Members to manage access. Current workspace roles are:- Owner: can invite, remove, and change member roles
- Member: can work inside the team but cannot manage ownership-level settings
The number of members you can invite depends on your plan. If you hit the limit, upgrade or remove an existing member before inviting someone new. Check Billing and usage or the dashboard for your current cap.
How to invite
- Go to Settings -> Members.
- Click Invite member (or the equivalent action on your dashboard).
- Enter the invitee’s email and send the invite. BoundBot also shows a copyable acceptance link in case you need to share it directly.
- The invitee accepts with the same email address and joins as a Member.
- On Starter or above, an owner can change the accepted member’s role to Owner from the member list when needed.
Integrations
Open Settings -> Integrations to manage team-scoped services:- Calendly for booking-based actions
- Google Sheets for product imports
- WordPress plugin download for site installs
Team-scoped integrations do not carry across teams automatically. If you connect Calendly or Google Sheets in one team, reconnect them in every other team that needs them.
Customize widget
Open Settings → Customize Widget to manage each WebChat channel’s appearance, bot, conversation starters, voice greeting, page visibility, preview, and installation code.API keys
Open Settings → API Keys to create credentials for BoundBot’s hosted MCP server. The full key is shown once; store it securely and revoke it immediately if it is exposed. Each key belongs to the current team and lets a configured MCP client use the tools BoundBot exposes for that team’s bots, channels, conversations, knowledge, products, leads, orders, and dashboard data. See Connect to BoundBot through MCP for the endpoint, headers, tool boundaries, and security guidance.Multiple workspaces
The sidebar team switcher lets you move between teams. Multiple workspaces are available on higher tiers, which is useful for agencies, multi-brand businesses, or separate environments.Related pages
