The Leads and Orders pages let you monitor demand and purchase records from conversations and commerce operations.

Leads

The Leads page shows captured lead records from your automation actions, workflows, and conversation experiences. Use it to:
  • review who expressed interest
  • confirm capture quality
  • hand leads off to your sales process
Lead capture is available on paid plans. Lead tags unlock on higher tiers.

Lead details

Drill into a lead to see specific user attributes (e.g. email, name, company) and capture timestamps so you know when the lead was captured and which action or workflow produced it. Use the detail view to qualify leads before handing them to sales or CRM.

Orders

The Orders page gives you a workspace-level view of stored order records. This is useful when you want the team to reference order information alongside support or sales conversations. Orders created by Point of Sale appear here too. For a signed-in website customer, authenticated WebChat can answer private order questions only after your server verifies the visitor and the order belongs to that identity. If you want better lead quality, do not start with a long form. Start with a short capture flow in Actions or Workflows, then expand only if the extra fields are actually useful.

Add structured product data that sales and order workflows can reference.
