What happens next

After OAuth completes, BoundBot creates the connection and associates it with your selected bot. New Messenger and Instagram threads appear in Inbox with their source identity attached.
  • Send one text message and one image to the Facebook Page and, when connected, repeat the test with the Instagram Business account.
  • Confirm the thread appears in Inbox.
  • Confirm text and images render correctly, then review the platform and account label on each conversation.
  • Verify the correct bot is answering.
Meta permits normal free-form replies only during the 24-hour customer-service window after the customer’s latest message. When the window expires, wait for the customer to message again before sending a normal Inbox reply.
