Request Data Deletion

Delete your account in-product or request privacy assistance

We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you would like to delete your BoundBot account or request deletion of other personal data, follow the instructions below.

Delete Your Account

If you can sign in, use the self-service deletion control in your account settings. This is the fastest way to remove your sign-in account, personal profile, and workspace memberships. A workspace where you are the sole owner enters a 30-day recovery window before its remaining workspace data is permanently purged.

If you cannot sign in or need help with a request that is not covered by self-service deletion, email our privacy team from the address associated with your account.

What to Include in Your Request

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your account email address
  • A clear description of the data you want us to delete
  • Any workspace name that may help us locate the relevant data

What Happens After Your Request

Once we receive your data deletion request, we will:

  1. Verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate
  2. Process your request within 30 days (or as required by applicable law)
  3. Delete the in-scope personal data, subject to applicable retention requirements
  4. Send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as transaction records for billing purposes). We will only retain data that is necessary and will delete it as soon as legally permissible.
